We do not collect any personal information from visitors to our Web site, except from people who:
* Sign up for our mailing list. We collect only an email address, which we use solely to send out occasional email updates with news about the Darkevil Online project.
* Register for the Community Forum. We collect only username, email address, and password, to allow usage of the forum. We do not share this information.
* Submit information via our "Contact Us" feedback form. We collect only name and email address, which we use strictly to respond to queries about the Darkevil Online project.
All submitted information is strictly confidential. We do not sell, publish, or otherwise distribute this information to any other organization or company. Darkevil Online users or their parents/guardians have the right to review this information and may have it deleted if desired (see instructions below).

I. TERMS OF USE
You should carefully read the following DarkEvil Constitution agreement before creating an account (on the game server or message board) or installing this software program. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software program or creating an account (on the game server or message board), you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
To summarize, you consent to the DarkEvil Constitution if:
a) You create an account on the DarkEvil Main Server
b) You connect to the DarkEvil Main Server
c) You create an account on the Official DarkEvil Message Board
d) You post to the Official DarkEvil forum
You further agree that these rules will apply to anyone that you allow to use your DarkEvil accounts(s) or message board ID, and that you are personally responsible for the consequences (including termination of your access to the servers) that may result if any such person breaks these rules. Also, DarkEvil and DarkEvil Online Staff will not be responsible for any damage that should happen if someone else uses your account. If your account is somehow hi-jacked we are not responsible. You need to choose a more secure password.

You acknowledge that if your DarkEvil Online or Official DarkEvil Online Message Board accounts are terminated for any reason, you do not have the right to damage any property or do any harmful activities to the DarkEvil Online Staff and/or players.
The DarkEvil Online Constitution is a living document. It can change at any time. You are responsible for being aware of any Constitution changes.

II. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You may not harass, threaten, cause distress or unwanted attention or discomfort to another player. This excludes Player Killing, which is accepted in DarkEvil Online.
You may not use any excessively offensive or sexually explicit language.

You may not use any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable language toward any other player.
You may not impersonate any of the DarkEvil Online or Wolfdogmp Production's Staff or anyone from the DarkEvil Online Community (DarkEvil Online, Official DarkEvil Online Website, Official DarkEvil Online Message Board) at any time.
You may not use anything from DarkEvil Online(software, graphics, text) without the written consent of a DarkEvil Online Developer.
You may not modify or attempt to modify any part of the Official DarkEvil Online Website, DarkEvil Online Server, or Official DarkEvil Online Message Board.
You may not organize any guilds, groups, or clans that are based on, or expose, any racist, sexist, anti- religious, anti-ethnic, anti-gay, or other hate-mongering philosophy.
You may not use the DarkEvil Online Server for any other purpose other than that expected in the game, this being chatting or playing.
You may not post or communicate any player's real world personal information within the DarkEvil Online Server, Official DarkEvil Online Website, or Official DarkEvil Online Message Board without consent from that person.
You may not give false information or intentionally hide any information that is required at the time you make a DarkEvil Online account.
You will not upload, transmit, or spread any copyrighted material on the Official DarkEvil Online Message Board or DarkEvil Online Server.
You may not modify or replace any electronic information being exchanged by the DarkEvil Online Client or Server.
You only have the right to modify:
a) The config.ini file that is generated by the client.exe Any other modifications require written consent from a DarkEvil Online Developer.

You are not entitled to any type of refund if your account is lost/terminated, in game items are lost, or your Official DarkEvil Online Message Board account is lost/terminated.
It is strictly forbidden to use an application or programmatic means to artificially provide input in the DarkEvil Online client. This includes, but is not limited to: macros, mouse clicks, mouse movement, keyboard input, artificial input from any port (serial, parallel, USB, firewire, SCSI, etc.), tape, or any weighted object placed on a key to provide rapid or steady input, clock modifying applications (accelerators, "speedhackers", etc.), packet sniffers/injectors, memory editors and bubblegum. Using any artificial input methods will result in the termination of your account and possibly the blocking of your machine to prevent you from using the service completely.
You are not entitled to any type of refund because of DarkEvil Online Server, Official DarkEvil Online Website, or Official DarkEvil Online Message Board downtime.
You agree to the fact that your account can be deleted at any time for inactivity. The length of inactivity is determined by the DarkEvil Online Developers.
If an account has been transferred from the original owner to another person, this voids all support from DarkEvil Online and DarkEvil Online Staff.
DarkEvil Online does not guarantee that you will be free from the behavior of others the you may deem obscene, harassing, insulting, or offensive while you are playing DarkEvil Online or on the Official DarkEvil Online Website or Official DarkEvil Online Message Board. DarkEvil Online Staff reserves the right to take action against such behavior, or not to pursue the complaint whatsoever.

III. APPEALS
You have the right to appeal if:
a) You think your account has wrongfully be banned
b) You have been wrongfully persecuted

You may write up your appeal in the Appeals forum of the Official DarkEvil Online Message Board. The DarkEvil Online Council will then decide whether or not to unban your account.

IV. GRIEVANCES
If you suspect that a player (regular user or DarkEvil Online Operator or DarkEvil Online Master Operator) is breaking any rules in the DarkEvil Online Constitution then you have the right to report it. You may file a grievance in the Grievances forum of the Official DarkEvil Online Message Board. If the grievance is proved to be accurate then that user will be dealt with according to the Constitution Violations section below.

V. PRIVACY POLICY
All information collected by DarkEvil Online, the Official DarkEvil Online Website, and the Official DarkEvil Online Message Board are kept private. No third parties will be granted access to any of this information. The DarkEvil Online Council (DarkEvil Online Master Operators) may reDarkEvil Online this information and be granted access to it.
If for any reason, collected information is to be released to a third party, an attempt will be made to notify the proper users in advance.

VI. CONSTITUTION VIOLATONS
If you violate the DarkEvil Online Constitution in any way, then any or all of the following could rightfully happen to you and your mother:
a) Your DarkEvil Online account can be terminated without warning
b) Your DarkEvil Online account can be temporarily disabled
c) Your Official DarkEvil Online Message Board account can be terminated without warning
d) Your Official DarkEvil Online Message Board account can be temporarily disabled
e) You can be banned from the DarkEvil Online Master Server
f) You can be banned/blocked from the Official DarkEvil Online Website and the Official DarkEvil Online Message Board
g) DarkEvil Online Developers have the right to sue your ass
h) WOLFDOGMP PRODUCTION'S WILL PROSECUTE ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
I) Any fraudulent use of the software licensed under the EULA is a violation of this license and would constitute a breach of contract as well as copyright infringement.

VII. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless DarkEvil Online, associated individuals and companies, distributors, Content Providers and other players of the Service, from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from any breach of this or any other agreement by you. DarkEvil Online reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you hereunder, and in such event, you shall have no further obligation to provide indemnification for such matter.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. When we make any significant changes to these rules, we will attempt to alert DarkEvil Online members by way of a splash screen or with an update on the Darkevil home page. However, we do not guarantee that this will happen or that you will see it. It is your responsibility to check from time to time for updates or changes made to this document. BY CONTINUING TO USE OUR SERVICES, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU AGREE TO THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THESE RULES.
